Scope

These terms apply to orders placed on the online shop of Olivo Gastro GmbH (Demo) (Olivo Pizza & Grill).

Orders

An order is binding once we accept it. Prices are shown in the restaurant’s currency, taxes included.

Delivery and takeaway

Delivery is available in the listed zones with a minimum order per zone. Times shown are estimates. Takeaway orders are collected at the restaurant.

Payment

Payment is made on delivery or at pickup unless another method is offered at checkout.

Cancellation

Please call us immediately to cancel. An order already being prepared cannot be cancelled.

Allergens

Allergen information is shown on the products. Ask us if in doubt.
